G1 Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for new product introduction and inudstrialisation of large format professional graphic plotter. You will define and implement product stability improvement projects, drive continuous improvement programs in the area of Total Customer Experience, and develop and implement product re-design for system enhancement. In addition, you will conduct design margin study and project characterisation analysis, and manage CRM business to deliver quality product and competitive manufacturing solution.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering with at least 2-3 years' relevant manufacturing or R & D experience

•  Strong background in engineering fundamental and engineering statistical methods

•  Experience in vendor/contract manufacturing management

•  Possess leadership qualities with excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills

Travelling may be required

G2 IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

You will educate management and staff to allow them to make good business decisions about which computing tools to use and how to deploy them. You will investigate many topics with the purpose of gaining an understanding of all sides of the problems involved in building applications that perform tasks for clients. In addition, you will guide the development of computing systems to solve tasks for organisations, and will take on a unique role in developing business solutions.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering

•  Must have at least 3 years' experience as a systems analyst

•  A record of successful participation as a team player

•  Experience with business plan development, full software development life cycle (SDLC), software development, and testing methodologies

•  Knowledge of SAP 4.6 configuration in LE, MM, PP or APO is a must. ABAP, sap-script, ALE will be an added advantage

•  Good knowledge of the business workings and functions

Creative, confident and possess leadership qualities, and strong consulting, communication and negotiation skills

G3 Senior/Consultants (IT Security)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for systems implementation, pre-sales activities and installation of IT security infrastructure

Requirements:

•  Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

•  At least 2 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Network security using a combination of firewall, IDS, VPN, LDAP and PKI

- Unix, WIN2K, NT and web server security such as OS tightening, SSO and virus

scanning

- Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and risk assessment using various

scanning and penetration tools

- Authentication technologies integration using a combination of TCACS, radius, PDAP,

2-factors, PAP, CHAP,ARA, S'Key and password file

- Cryptographic systems such as SSL, SET, IKE and PKI

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

G4 Senior/Consultants (Security & Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

You will constantly research on new technologies with the goal of providing quality and creative technical solutions to existing as well as new customers.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline

•  At least 4 years' solutioning experience in two of the following types of systems:

- Security access and surveillance

- Intelligent transportation

- Integrated communication

- Building Automation System

•  Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Project Management and implementation experience in the above relevant areas preferred

G5 Systems Engineers

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining computer and display systems. Your role includes supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities and managing the project life cycle of new systems through to maintenance phase.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

•  At least 4 years' experience in electronic systems implementation

•  In-depth knowledge and experience in computer and/or display devices technology

Strong relationship management and leadership skills

G6 Software Development Engineer (IT Retail)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for software development for point-of-sale terminals, terminals network management systems, PC applications, troubleshooting and problem resolution of production systems.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Computer Engineering or a related disciple

•  Minimum 4-6 years' experience

•  Strong programming skills with experience in C, C++ and Assembly language, SDLC and project management

•  Knowledge of low level device communications e.g. RS232, RS485, modems and Ethernet TCP/IP microprocessor architecture

Experience in financial POS applications is a plus
G7 Director, Software Development

Responsibilities:

You will take overall responsibility for building, managing and motivating the software engineering department of the company, and direct the department's resources effectively in developing and enhancing the company's software products

Requirements:

•  Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline

•  Proven experience in managing and leading a team of (minimum 10,preferably at least 20) software engineers

•  Hands-on experience as a software developer in a fast-paced software development environment

•  Technology exposure should include a good working knowledge of OO programming, component-based design and development, databases, client-server and Web-based technologies

•  Effective communication, leadership, people and motivational skills

•  Effective analytical abilities, manifesting in superior decision-making and problem resolution skills

Effective verbal and writing skills in English, proficiency in spoken English is desirable

Post B: PC Camera Products

Responsibilities:

You will join a team of marketing professionals in charge of new products. You will liaise with Regional Sales and R & D teams to deliver products; meeting market demands within cost and schedule.

Requirements:

•  Good Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a reputable university

•  Min 2 years' R & D experience in consumer electronics

•  Familiar with consumer electronics system design, and product development workflows and processes

Product marketing and planning exposure is an added advantage

G9 Senior Development Engineer (Audio)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing sound cards. Your scope of work covers circuit design, prototyping, PCB layout and circuit characterisation.

Requirements:

•  Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

•  Minimum 4 years' experience in audio circuit design

•  Good foundation in analog design is essential

Knowledge of Audio Precision/ SPICE is and added advantage

G10 Development Engineer (MSP)

Responsibilities:

You will develop SMPS and/or Audio Power Amplifiers to meet market expectations. Your scope of work involves schematic entry, PCB layout, generation of prototypes and BOM releases.

Requirements:

•  Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering

•  Min 2 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity

•  Good understanding of basic SMPS technologies and implementation techniques

Knowledge of Mentor Graphics will be advantageous
